Timothy Yi is a visionary affordable housing developer who has reshaped Hawaiʻi's for-sale affordable housing landscape since 2013. As former President of SamKoo Pacific, LLC and SamKoo Hawaiʻi, he spearheaded two of Honolulu's most impactful residential developments:
